The present option is to form a Fund that possesses a capital to invest in Small and Medium companies of US$ 10 Mill to US$15 Mill. It will be necessary to form two structures connected, one to the owners of the capitals and another pertaining to the administrator of the fund; CORPORATE IFC assume, with his expertise could administrate the fund operations, to guarantee the success of the fund.
